We were up in the Valdobbiadene prosecco region tasting wine and decided to stop in at osteria dai Mazzeri for lunch and were we happy that we did. We were greeted by the manager who was very accommodating and shown our table. The room was nicely appointed and the table settings were beautiful. Our server (who spoke excellent English) came out to explain the menu to us. He then suggested that we have a glass of a nice local prosecco which was excellent.

The meal was great as the service. We started with two appetizers, one was the Crostini al radicchio e speck d’anatra and the other was Crespelle con formaggi di malga e crema al gorgonzola – so yummy.

For our main course we split a Pappardelle con polpettine di agnello e carciofi al romana, which was very good. We finished the lunch with a Tiramisu – Wow is all I can say.

Very good and a must visit restaurant.
